Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

For hygiene and fairness reasons, opened blind bags and surprise packs can only be returned if they are faulty.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll put it right.
